General Service Agreement

1. The term of the Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of the Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in the Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.

2. In the event the Client wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to the completion of the Service, the Client will be required to provide 48 hours notice by email or text message to the other Party.

3. The Client will pay a 30% deposit upon signing this document. This deposit is refundable if the Client cancels at least 48 hours before the shoot, or the Photographer cancels the shoot at any time.

4. In the event that this Agreement is terminated by the Client prior to completion of the Services but where the Services have been partially performed, the Photographer will be entitled to pro rata payment of the Compensation to the date of termination provided that there has been no breach of contract on the part of the Photographer.

5. The Photographer agrees that they will not disclose, for any purpose, any confidential information which the Photographer has obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the Agreement.

6. The Client shall obtain permits, necessary permissions, legal access, and/or tickets for all locations at which the Photographer will be providing services. The Photographer is not liable for any costs or fees associated with improper or insufficient allowance into non-public shoot locations.

7. The Photographer may use Photographs, Graphics, and/or Videos created through services for non-commercial, non-publication purposes to promote the Photographer's work to persons other than the Client, including promotional cards, social media platforms, websites, and portfolios.

8. Photographs shall be available to the Client to view on an online gallery, download restrictions will be applied until the invoice is paid in full (due the day they receive access to the online gallery). The client may purchase prints from the gallery site at an additional cost.
